Responsible Gambling Policy

Game Inside World is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and responsible leisure environment across our on-site adult gaming facilities.

18+ | Please Gamble Responsibly

Gambling is strictly an adult recreational leisure pursuit. It must never be treated as an investment, an alternative to work, a way to clear debt, or a guaranteed source of income.

1. Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

At Game Inside World, our adult gaming room is operated as an amenity of evening hospitality. We are firmly committed to preventing underage participation, protecting vulnerable individuals, and supporting responsible play through the following measures:

  • Time & Spend Awareness: Always set a personal budget before participating and never gamble with money allocated for living essentials or accommodation costs.
  • Never Chase Losses: Accept that losses are a natural outcome of chance-based games. Attempting to recoup losses increases risk.
  • Balance with Other Activities: Treat gaming as one facet of an evening that might also include dinner, walks in our estate gardens, or spa relaxation.
  • Avoid Gambling Under Emotional Stress: Do not engage in gaming when feeling anxious, exhausted, or emotionally distressed.

2. Strict Age Verification (18+)

Under UK law, it is illegal for anyone under 18 years of age to enter our gaming room or participate in any gaming activities. We enforce a robust Challenge 25 policy. All guests who appear under the age of 25 will be required to show valid photographic identification (valid passport, UK driver's licence, or PASS card) prior to entry.

3. Self-Exclusion & Time-Out Facilities

For guests who wish to step away from gaming, Game Inside World provides immediate and discreet self-exclusion options:

  • Immediate Salon Time-Out: Request a voluntary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during your stay.
  • Formal Self-Exclusion: A binding self-exclusion agreement spanning a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years, preventing admission to the salon.
  • Confidentiality: All self-exclusion records are handled with strict discretion by our designated Compliance Officer.

4. Recognizing Signs of Problem Gambling

Consider the following questions if you or someone close to you participates in gaming:

  • Do you spend more time or money gambling than you originally intended?
  • Do you feel an urge to immediately gamble again to win back money you have lost?
  • Has gambling ever caused friction in your personal relationships or work life?
  • Have you ever borrowed funds or sold possessions to finance gambling?
  • Do you view gambling as a way to escape worry, boredom, or stress?

Answering yes to any of these questions indicates that gambling may no longer be a harmless leisure activity.
