1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
Online booking requests and website enquiry submissions constitute an enquiry of interest and do not guarantee a room reservation until confirmed in writing by our reservations department with a unique booking reference and deposit confirmation.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rates: Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to 15:00 on the day of arrival are fully refundable without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge equal to the first night's room rate.
- Advance Purchase Rates: Non-refundable and non-transferable at the time of booking.
- Group Bookings (5+ Rooms): Subject to dedicated contract terms, phased deposit schedules, and customized cancellation terms.
3. Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Identification
Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur supplemental charges. Under UK law, all adult guests must present valid photographic identification (passport, UK photo driving licence, or national identity card) upon check-in.
4. 18+ Adult Gaming Room Terms
Access to the on-site gaming salon is governed strictly by the following conditions:
- Strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and older. Proof of age is mandatory prior to admission.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request any visitor to leave without explanation to preserve the decorum and safety of the salon.
- Smart casual dress code applies at all times. Athletic sportswear is strictly excluded.
- All gaming activities operate in accordance with applicable UK regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols.
5. Non-Smoking Policy & Property Damage
Game Inside World maintains a strict non-smoking policy throughout all interior hotel premises, bedrooms, suites, dining rooms, and spa facilities. A deep-cleaning sanitisation fee of £350 will be charged to any guest found smoking or vaping within indoor areas. Guests are liable for any physical damage caused to hotel property or furnishings during their stay.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
